1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to the GT3RS STORYLAP website (the “Website”), use of its functions and the purchase of digital products offered by CIPY CAPITAL INVESTMENT S.R.L. (the “Operator”, “we” or the “Seller”).

Before placing an order, the customer must be able to read the Terms, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. An order may be placed only after the customer separately checks the required box confirming that the Terms have been read and acknowledged. Marketing consent, nickname publication and optional cookies are not conditions of purchase.

By using the Website, the customer confirms that they have legal capacity to enter into a contract or are acting through a legal representative where the law requires this.

3. Nature of GT3RS STORYLAP

GT3RS STORYLAP is an independent, publicly documented project that sells digital products with a design, motorsport, community and build-in-public theme.

A purchase on the Website is a digital-product sale. It is not a donation, sponsorship, investment, loan, share, bond, financial crowdfunding contribution, participation in a company, co-ownership of a vehicle, refundable contribution, ticket, lottery, raffle or entry into a random prize.

No purchase gives the customer voting rights, dividends, profit, return, capital repayment, rights to the Operator's revenue or the right to require the purchase of a particular vehicle.

4. Drop 001 products

The exact product content is the content shown on the product page at the time of the order and in the manifest for the delivered version. Drop 001 is structured as follows:

4.1 GRID ENTRY — €7

An entry digital package containing, according to the product page, one usable Build Signal card, one desktop wallpaper, one mobile lock screen and one share-ready card. It does not include physical film, a vehicle, ownership or access to a vehicle.

4.2 LAP 01 — BUILD FILE — €19

A practical digital kit containing editable trackers, a start workflow and three templates for sharing project progress, according to the manifest displayed at purchase.

4.3 LIVERY DROP 001 — €29

A visual digital package containing three desktop wallpapers, three mobile wallpapers, one A3 digital poster and three editable templates, according to the manifest displayed at purchase.

4.4 CREW PACK — €49

A digital package containing three usable slot cards, one group wallpaper and one group share card, according to the manifest displayed at purchase.

4.5 FOUNDER ARCHIVE — €79

A digital archive package containing one versioned project snapshot, one visual record, one digital founder badge, one archive card and one changelog, according to the manifest displayed at purchase.

The word “Founder” describes the digital tier and the community moment of the package. It does not confer legal founder, partner, shareholder, creditor or investor status.

If the product page, manifest and these Terms conflict, the concrete description and price displayed before payment apply to the order's content, without affecting the customer's mandatory legal rights.

5. Prices, currency and tax display

Drop 001 prices are displayed in EUR unless the checkout page states otherwise. Any applicable taxes, additional costs and tax treatment must be displayed before the order is placed, according to the accounting configuration approved for the store and the laws applicable to the customer.

The Operator reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors before accepting an order. A later change does not affect confirmed orders, except in cases of fraud or an obvious technical error, in which case the customer will be contacted and may request a refund.

6. Payment through Paynet/Cybersource

Payment is initiated in Shopify checkout through the payment method activated for the store — the Paynet/Cybersource integration — according to the contracts and configuration approved by Paynet. Paynet indicates the availability of online payments and methods such as Visa and Mastercard for online stores; the method actually shown to the customer is the method displayed at checkout.

The Operator does not request the full card number, CVV/CVC, PIN, online-banking password or authentication codes through email, a form, chat or nickname. Data entered on the secure payment page is processed by the relevant payment-flow providers and financial institutions.

The account statement may show the commercial descriptor approved in the Paynet/Cybersource relationship. The Operator must confirm the descriptor before LIVE activation and display or describe it sufficiently in the store so transactions can be recognized.

An order becomes eligible for delivery only after payment is confirmed by the payment system and Shopify. An unsuccessful, cancelled, reversed or review-pending authorization is not a confirmed payment.

7. Digital delivery

The products are digital and are not shipped physically. After payment is confirmed, files or links are delivered through the Shopify Digital Products application and/or the email entered at checkout, according to the product settings.

The customer must enter a correct email address and check the spam/junk folder. Download links may be subject to reasonable download limits and may be disabled or reissued when necessary for security, fraud, refund or support.

If a product is not delivered, a link is unusable, a file is corrupted or the content does not match the manifest, the customer must contact us. We will first try to restore access or provide a conforming version; if remediation is not possible or is refused under the law, the Refund Policy and legal remedies apply.

We do not guarantee perpetual access to a third-party service or external platform not controlled by the Operator. For downloaded files, the customer should keep a copy for permitted personal use.

8. Digital-product licence

After confirmed payment, the Operator grants the customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited licence to download and use the digital products for personal, non-commercial use within the product description.

Without written permission, the customer may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish in full, upload to public libraries, commercialize, use the files to train a service, remove licence identification or present the files as created by the customer. Technical copies for personal backup are allowed only if they are not distributed.

All rights not expressly granted remain with the Operator or the relevant rights holders.

9. Public progress and internal reconciliation method

The Website may display a “public build meter” with a public target of €350,000, a qualified total, percentage and remaining amount. This meter is an editorial and operational documentation tool, not a financial statement, a promise that a particular payment will be used in a particular way or an obligation to purchase a vehicle.

The displayed total may be calculated from reconciled confirmed sales and may be lower than the gross amount paid because of fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, cancelled transactions, reserves and the internal qualification method. The qualified total does not change the price paid by the customer and does not create additional rights.

The Operator may correct the total for errors, refunds, chargebacks or accounting reconciliation. Card data, email addresses, legal names, order numbers or information identifying a customer are not published.

10. Nickname and Supporter Wall

Entering and publishing a nickname are optional. Purchase and product delivery may not be conditioned on consent to publication.

The customer should preferably use a pseudonym that does not contain a full name, phone number, email address, home address, VIN, registration number or another person's data. A nickname must contain between 3 and 24 characters and comply with the rules displayed on the Website.

Publication occurs only after: (a) confirmed payment; (b) separate consent; (c) format validation; and (d) moderation. We may refuse or remove content that is illegal, discriminatory, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, fraudulent, confusingly similar to a mark or misleading about another person's identity.

The customer may withdraw consent and request removal of a nickname by emailing cci.trading.pro@gmail.com with the subject “Nickname withdrawal”. Withdrawal affects future publication and does not cancel the order or legal record-keeping obligations.

11. Physical film and any vehicle recognition

Drop 001 contains digital products. Any film, panel, sticker or physical recognition on a vehicle is a separate, conditional and non-guaranteed possibility.

Any physical implementation depends cumulatively on legal existence and control of the vehicle, budget, final design, available space, technical compatibility, applicable law, rights in the materials, owner approval, supplier and installer. There is no random selection, drawing, prize or automatic right to installation.

No digital package includes vehicle access, a test drive, transport, insurance, registration, maintenance, money or transfer of ownership.

12. Customer-provided content

The customer warrants that a nickname and any other material submitted by the customer does not infringe another person's rights, contain data the customer has no right to publish or violate the law.

For materials voluntarily supplied, the customer grants the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide and limited licence to review, moderate, display, resize and format them for the Supporter Wall, project archive and project communications, only to the extent consented to. The licence ends for future uses when consent is withdrawn, subject to records that the law requires us to retain.

13. Intellectual property and non-affiliation

GT3RS STORYLAP content, including text, layout, graphic elements, digital products and Website code, belongs to the Operator or is used under licence.

GT3RS STORYLAP is an independent project. It does not claim sponsorship, approval, administration, authorization or affiliation with Porsche AG, a Porsche dealer or another trademark owner, except where expressly stated in written authorization. Third-party marks belong to their owners and may not be used by the customer to suggest an official partnership.

14. Availability, security and suspension

We may temporarily suspend the Website, a product or a link for maintenance, security, fraud, licence violations, nickname-rule violations or legal obligations. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide the applicable remedy.

The customer must not attempt unauthorized access to files, bypass download limits, abuse checkout testing, upload malicious code or use the Website for fraud.

15. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights, liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect losses, loss of a business opportunity, unavailability of a third-party platform or the fact that a vehicle is not purchased, where these matters do not constitute non-conformity of the digital product ordered.

16. Complaints, refunds and chargebacks

The customer must contact cci.trading.pro@gmail.com for non-delivery, non-conformity, duplicate billing, lost access or a refund request. Do not send complete card data.

We will review the order, payment, delivery, access and relevant consents. Approved refunds are normally processed through the same payment method, through the flow permitted by Paynet/Cybersource and applicable law. The customer retains the right to contact their bank or card issuer.

17. Applicable law and international consumers

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable in the customer's country of residence. The customer does not lose mandatory rights that their law does not permit a contract to remove.

18. Changes and versions

The applicable version is the version available before the order is placed. Material changes will be published with a new version and date. For already confirmed orders, the version accepted at the time of the order applies, except for changes required by law or necessary for security and order administration.
