Payment & Digital Delivery

GT3RS STORYLAP sells defined digital products. Drop 001 is not a donation, investment, ownership offer, lottery entry, prize entry or profit promise. The physical film is not included.

Payment

Prices are displayed in EUR. Card payment is processed only through the approved Shopify payment configuration. GT3RS STORYLAP does not request or store full card numbers, CVV codes, passwords or certificates by email.

Before the final payment action, customers must acknowledge the applicable Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Checkout remains unavailable while the final approved policy records are being reviewed.

Digital delivery

After a confirmed paid and captured order, the selected digital package is delivered to the checkout email through the configured Shopify digital-delivery workflow. Authorization-only, pending, failed, cancelled or duplicate states do not release a package.

If delivery fails, contact the support address shown in the footer with the product handle or order reference only. Never send card data. Resend, refund, dispute and access-hold requests are handled under the published policies and provider status.

Nickname / The Wall

Nickname publication is optional, separately consented and moderated. A purchase does not publish anything automatically.
